Amanda Zimmerman is an award winning scientific illustrator. Her Leafy Seadragon, Phycodurus eques was part of the New York State Museum’s Focus On Nature XII show and her Tiger-snouted seahorse pair, Hippocampus subelongatus was honored for selection in the 2012 Guild of Natural Scientific Illustrators Annual Exhibit.
